Multi-Cultural Environments - International Exchanges
I really appreciate multi-cultural environments in my professional and leisure life. Learning from others, improving my own knowledge by leveraging from the experience others have had, coming from different backgrounds (studies, culture, countries, professional and personal experiences...) is an unvaluable opportunity to enlarge my vision, to try to keep freshness and stay open minded.

Empowerment by Technology
One of the most exciting deed of our contemporary epoch is richness of Technology Research. Inventiveness speeds up every single day. One of my challenges is to take benefit of this trend. Personal empowerement with the help of Technology is a quest applicable in all circles I move in now, whether such empowerement is about Leisure : Plane Piloting, Photography, Music, Great Outdoors, Home Cinema , or for professional use.
Paying attention to people, it is noticeable that some will benefit from receiving ways to increase their capacities, others just don't get it, they can't realize what can be done with what is provided to them. On this topic too, a guileless look, a fresh attitude is key to take a larger share of the future...

Because of what it brings into this field of empowerement, Internet is a mine of interest... Not just because of the communication (the technology side of it), but more because of the content. This new media transforms day after day the way we live. Internet is a real cultural revolution. The way we use it differs from one to another. Some use just eMail, others go for chat and forums. some others use peek-to-peer communication to exchange content but all Internet surfers just express themself in many ways (web sites, Blogs...), thanks to the digital representation of content: words, stories, songs, musics, animated videos... this creates information, content and emotions, this enables communities developement. Technology still has a long way to go, to become easy to use, affordable and relyable.

Technology is just another way to empower people, not at all something of interest by itself (you shortly get bothered dealing with technology only), only geeks stays at this level ! Technology is also is part of the way freedom can be kept, when well managed.

Digital Lifestyle
Mix of multimedia content (text, sound, music, pictures, video...) can be digitalized or even directly produced digitally. Digital content is now part of our daily lifes. This closely related relation of integrated digital content with lifestyle is known as Digital Lifestyle. Something Apple is pioneering with its concept of Digital Hub. I think we are at the very begining of Digital Age, our today constraints step back every day. God only knows what will be the environment of my daughters, but for sure, they will have a zero geography access point to knowledge and communication.

Music & Home Theater
In addition to Communication, People and Freedom, my interests include other domains, such as Music and Movies. That's why I became a home theater "fan" since the very begining of DVDs and with the HDTV now. I am actually interested in world music (mix of modern and tribal) Jazz, Classical, Opera and Religious Music and all kind of movies.

Fun
Last but certainly not least, Fun is the fuel of my life. Fun in work, fun in life. Here is a secret recipe :
