Professional work with today's graphics and imaging software requires a commitment to lifelong learning. Classes and guided study sessions can be an important component in improving your software skills

If you use Photoshop professionally, or are serious about mastering the program for your personal photography, consider onsite custom training as a way to take your skills to the next level. Unlike books, or regular classes, custom training is developed with you in mind and targeted to teach the skills that you want to learn.

I work closely with my students to evaluate their current skill set and determine the areas where they would like to improve. A lesson plan is then developed to craft a training program that is specific to each individual or group, often using their own images.

If you're interested in the ultimate in custom training, then consider a digital workshop at my studio in Haute-Normandie. These are small classes with a maximum of two students.

Each student will have access to their own computer and there will be scanners and printers available for your use. Workshops will be offered in two to five-day lengths and if you are interested in spending some time on field photography sessions, there are plenty of great locations nearby.

Since the class size is so small, the curriculum is not as rigid as with larger, more formal courses. You can customize your class from a list of topics, or suggest a different area of interest. The ratio of one instructor to a maximum of two students gives me plenty of time to address everyone's concerns, even in a workshop where two students may not be at the same level.


My studio is in Gruchet Saint-Siméon in Pays de Caux. There are plenty of opportunities for interesting image-making nearby in the many fields and forests and natural beauty of the Côte d'Albâtre. Come a few days early or stay on after the workshop to explore this beautiful area.

Gruchet Saint-Siméon is about 2 hours northwest of Paris. Lodging and meals are included in the seminars and are looked after by myself in luxurious suites in our house.
After a gastronomic dinner, Participants will enjoy a convivial fireplace during their rest-time.

During the field photography sessions, ATVs(Quads) are available to go backcountry.
